1. Introduction

LeadBuzz is a product operated under the GENx LLC ecosystem ("LeadBuzz", "we", "us"). We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users ("you", "your"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your personal information when utilizing the LeadBuzz platform.

This policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable international data protection standards.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Personal data you provide directly

  • Registration details: full name, corporate email address, phone number, company name, and job title
  • Billing information: securely processed via certified third-party merchants (Stripe, PayOS)
  • Communications data: support tickets, email inquiries, and feedback forms

2.2 Automatically collected data

  • Usage details: public online activities, user preferences, and page interactions
  • Device telemetry: browser type, operating system, and IP address
  • Cookies and tracking technologies (see Section 3 of this document)

2.3 Social listening data

LeadBuzz scans publicly accessible social media data (public posts, pages, and groups where you maintain authorized membership). We do not collect private messages, login credentials, or private group data where you are not a member.

3. Purpose of Processing

  • Providing and optimizing the LeadBuzz service infrastructure
  • Analyzing purchase intent (lead scoring, profile enrichment)
  • Delivering service updates, security alerts, and administrative communications
  • Fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations
  • Detecting, preventing, and mitigating fraudulent activities

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We only share information with partners and vendors in the following scenarios:

  • Service providers: Google Cloud Platform (for secure hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and OpenAI (AI model processing)
  • Legal compliance: Under legal summons, court orders, or requests by US federal authorities
  • Corporate restructuring: In the event of an M&A, data will continue to be governed by the protections of this policy

5. Security Standards

  • Encryption: TLS 1.3 for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest
  • SOC 2 Type II audit compliance
  • Annual penetration testing conducted by certified third-party firms
  • Granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) controls

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the following rights:

  • Right to erasure: request deletion of your data (subject to legal retentions)

Data is stored on Google Cloud Singapore servers. Enterprise customers may select US, SG, or VN data residency options. Retention: Active account duration plus 90 days following subscription termination.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using LeadBuzz, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease using the platform.

2. Description of Service

LeadBuzz provides an AI social listening and sales pipeline platform ("Service"), which includes:

  • Social intent monitoring of public networks
  • AI-powered intent analysis and lead scoring
  • CRM pipeline visualization and automation workflows
  • Third-party tech stack integrations

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for securing your login credentials.
  • Accounts may not be shared outside your designated plan seats.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age or hold legal corporate authority.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Employ deceptive accounts to access private social media groups.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract platform codebase or models.
  • Transmit spam or unsolicited automated communications.
  • Violate the terms of service of any monitored social media platform.

5. Payments, Renewals, & Cancellations

  • Monthly plans: cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Annual plans: non-refundable, except during the initial 30 days of service.
  • Downgrades: applied to the next billing cycle.
  • Unpaid balances exceeding 30 days will result in account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

GENx LLC retains all intellectual property rights to the LeadBuzz platform. You retain ownership of any inputs or proprietary data uploaded to the platform, granting us a limited license to process this data to deliver the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

LeadBuzz provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for: (a) indirect or consequential damages, (b) business outcomes or losses based on lead metrics, or (c) service interruptions due to force majeure.

Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Anaheim, California.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms with a 30-day notice via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
